This is a very high quality probiotic with 8 different probiotics and Organic Spirulina prebiotic.
The serving size it 2 capsules. I split the dose into one in the morning and one at night. I also drink a full glass of water and take them right after my morning and evening meals.
I am happy with this product and it’s very unique that it includes a prebiotic of organic spirulina. I think the price of $30 is a very reasonable price for the quality of the product, plus there is a coupon for some money off that price.

It is amazing how much healthier and stronger I feel after taking this twice as day. It arrives safety sealed which is a requirement. I don't notice any difference in bowels but haven't had gas once since taking this and just feel like everything is working great which is pretty amazing and I haven't tried Epicor before but have always used probiotics so I am guessing it is the epicor or combination that is working so well for me but that is a guess but in any event, i am so thrilled with my results. - Darlaina
